Respiratory intensive care unit-There is back up of state of art ultramodern intensive care unit for
managing patients with respiratory failure with well trained, experienced & compassionate doctors
and nursing staff.

State of art Bronchoscopy unit with both diagnostic and therapeutic facilities. All procedures like
BAL,TBLB,T BNA are done routinely in OT or ICU.

Pulmonary function testing with all parameters with both pre and post bronchodilator with trained
technicians

Sleep lab with Alice 5 phillips with all 50 leads and covering all neurological and respiratory
parameters. Facilities for CPAP/BIPAP Titration are available.Sleep lab is one of the first and only in
Ghaziabad and East Delhi. It is enhanced by backup of in hospital Phillips Bipap and Cpap counter
available along OPD Pharmacy.

Allergy testing with Immunotherapy ,vaccination and Anti IgE therapy.

Pulmonary Rehabilitation programmes with cooperation of Physiotherapy,Yoga and Dietics
departments

Tuberculosis clinic including management of MDR Tuberculosis with isolation facilities for admission
and all culture and drug sensitivity facilities in microbiology lab.

Procedures like Pleural fluid aspiration,Intercostal drainage and percutaneous transthoracic biopsy
and fnac are done routinely

Thoracoscopy including VATS For Diagnostic purposes.

Smoking cessation clinic in coordination with Department of Psychiatry.

Hemoptysis management including Bronchial artery embolistion.

Diagnosis and management of lung cancer and all modalities of treatment.

Ventilation Perfusion Scan and CT pulmonary angiography for pulmonary embolism.
